Ordering

Ordering from Red Point Tailor has never been so easy. Simply browse my website until you find the product suitable for you then simply choose to purchase.
You can add items to your basket & continue to shop, then checkout once you are ready to finalise your order. Our step by step checkout process will guide you through account and delivery details.
Once your order has been placed you will also receive an order confirmation email direct from us. Should you not receive the email after a short time (please always check your spam/trash mail box) then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

All deliveriestems are sent via non-registered 'small packet' air mail which does not provide tracking number. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to registered mail for EUR 16,00 please contact me.

Your carriage charge will be calculated when processing your individual order. Charges will depend on the weight and dimensions of a parcel along with where the parcel is to be sent to.

After I receive your order, your request will be proceed within 3 - 5 working days.

I always strive to offer you the most cost effective way to purchase my glass art, so I work very hard to ensure I give you the lowest possible delivery rates.

International buyers are responsible for all custom fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred.

Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure checkout service, by PayPal using your credit card. Please note that no PayPal account is needed

Pricing

All prices are regularly checked to ensure they are published correctly but from time to time there may be errors beyond our control.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have experienced any problems or are dissatisfied with your product, please write to me and we can work something out.

Refunds for items lost in shipment will not be provided.

Custom orders

If you see an item that you want to have custom made according to your color specifications, I will do my best to accommodate those color choices whenever possible.
Additional services could come with additional charges so please inquire about charges and needed extras before purchasing

Buying a gift?

All jewellery comes gift-wrapped in a giftbox and a ribbon. If you would like a complimentary gift tag with a personalised note, please just leave your note in the 'message to checkout' section on checkout.
